Hier kommt der nächste Freestyle Clip von Mattia Pedrani – Überraschung inklusive. Der harte Winter traf in diesem Jahr auch den Gardasee mit voller Kraft. Kalte Temperaturen sind dort im Januar / Februar zwar normal, aber soviel Schnee wie in diesem Jahr sieht diese Region selten.
Auch wenn eine Snowboardsession nahe liegend wäre – Mattia ist einer der wenigen, die auch bei Temperaturen unter Null Grad und Schneefall aufs Wasser gehen . Das macht nicht nur die Arbeit an neuen Moves ungleich schwerer – es motiviert sicher auch einige die im Winter nicht einfach in die Karibik abhauen können um im spiegelglatten Wasser bei 30°C zu trainieren. Dass sich soviel “Commitment” auch verkaufsfördern auswirkt scheint auch Gaastra erkannt zu haben – Mattia riggt in Zukunft das Pure auf. Herzlichen Glückwunsch.

The european winter also hit the shores of Lake Garda pretty hard this year – every time it’s getting cold there in January and February but it’s pretty unusual to see that much snow.
Anyway, it’s the ultimate test for your passion to go out in temperatures below zero and Mattia Pedrani s one of these guys who has the commitment and it should be a motivation for everyone who can’t escape during the winter. Go out and get your moves done! Big ups to Mattia – and it looks like a new sailbrand is going to reward all the effort – check the end of the clip.

” Mit Sicherheit bastelt Mattia Pedrani bereits am nächsten Clip”, haben wir vor nichtmal einer Woche geschrieben als wir den 5. Teil seiner “Mediterranean Diet” Serie online gestellt hatten. Dass jetzt bereits Teil 6 fertig ist wundert uns daher nicht.
Nach Freestyle in Porto Pollo, falls ihr den Clip verpasst habt so checkt unseren Player auf der Startseite, gibts wieder etwas Welle aus der Toskana. “Principina a Mare” ist der Spot und bei “Scirocco” könnt ihr dort mit etwas Glück ganz vernünftige “Port Tack” Bedingungen abstauben. Der Clip ist zwar schon etwas älter, doch die Moves sind nach wie vor wirklich up2date, also schaut rein.
Beide Daumen nach oben für Mattia, es scheint so als hätte Mattia täglich Updates zu bieten.

Episode 6 matchin the “Mediterranean Diet” title perfect. The footage is a bit older – the action is still really up to date. Mattia shows some wavesailing from Principina a Mare in Tuscany. Mattia Pedrani gönnt sich keine Pause und wir haben den nächsten Clip zu posten. “Mediterranean Diet” heißt das Stichwort und als Mattia an Weihnachten nach Sardinien aufbrach, stand der Plan von dort 2 Clips zu produzieren. Dass er aus 2 Wochen nur 3 Tage mit Wind erwischen sollte stand so zwar nicht auf dem Zettel, aber Mattia schaffte seine 2 Clips trotzdem.
1 kleine Session in Funtana Meiga reichte für einen kleinen Waveclip und 2 Tage Wind in Porto Pollo mussten für den Freestyle Clip herhalten. Wie immer gibts einen coolen Edit mit eigenen Beats.

Here’s the next episode of Mattia’s “Mediterranean Diet”. 2 weeks winter holidays in Sardinia should be ok, but this time Mattia only scored 3 sessions in 2 weeks. As ever: You have to make the best out of it, so Mattia produced a waveclip out of 1 little session in Funtana Meiga and he managed to put some Freestyle moves out the bag in Porto Pollo for the second clip of his X-Mas trip.
