Point-7 steht für Team Spirit – und das kommt nicht von ungefähr. Andrea Cucchi schlug die “Point-7 Teambase” vom 15 Januar – Mitte April in El Medano / Teneriffa auf und schaffte es fast alle internationalen Teamrider dort zu vereinigen. Gemeinsam ging es aufs Wasser und auf den Slalomkurs, das Equipment wurde getuned und wenn kein Wind war trainieren alle gemeinsam an Land.
Dadurch sollen nicht nur bessere Segel für den Endkunden entstehen, sondern auch die Ergebnisse der einzelnen Fahrer sollten sich verbessern. Im Moment sieht es so aus als hätte dieser Plan bereits funktioniert – Alberto Menegatti liegt in Korea beim PWA Worldcup aktuell auf Platz 1.

True team spirit at the Point-7. The “Black Team” was based in El Medano / Tenerife from January 15th till mid April to train together on the water, racing together, tuning equipment together and just having a bloody good time as a whole team.

Neue Webcam für unsere Freunde von Addicted Sports. Vor einem guten Jahr starteten die Jungs mit ihrer ersten Webcam “zuhause” am Kochelsee. Nachdem mit dem Ammersee ein zweiter oberbayrischer Spot bedient wurde, gab es mit der “Peler Cam” in Malcesine die erste internationale Webcam am Gardasee.
Gleicher See – anderer Spot. Ganz neu ist die Cam am Capo Reamol – einem der besten Ora Spots am Gardasee. Somit ist nun auch der Wind am Nachmittag abgedeckt. Weiter so!

He will be working closely with Kauli, Tom & Jeff to continue the development of the wave sails. Morgan who finished the AWT 2012 in 4th spot is preparing for the new season and we expect great things in the months ahead. Already firmly established as one of the best riders at Ho’okipa Morgan has proved himself in a range of conditions while on Tour and adds a new dimension to the Hot Sails Maui Ohana.
