Hier kommt der nächste Freestyle Clip von Mattia Pedrani – Überraschung inklusive. Der harte Winter traf in diesem Jahr auch den Gardasee mit voller Kraft. Kalte Temperaturen sind dort im Januar / Februar zwar normal, aber soviel Schnee wie in diesem Jahr sieht diese Region selten.

Auch wenn eine Snowboardsession nahe liegend wäre – Mattia ist einer der wenigen, die auch bei Temperaturen unter Null Grad und Schneefall aufs Wasser gehen . Das macht nicht nur die Arbeit an neuen Moves ungleich schwerer – es motiviert sicher auch einige die im Winter nicht einfach in die Karibik abhauen können um im spiegelglatten Wasser bei 30°C zu trainieren. Dass sich soviel “Commitment” auch verkaufsfördern auswirkt scheint auch Gaastra erkannt zu haben – Mattia riggt in Zukunft das Pure auf. Herzlichen Glückwunsch.

The european winter also hit the shores of Lake Garda pretty hard this year – every time it’s getting cold there in January and February but it’s pretty unusual to see that much snow.

Anyway, it’s the ultimate test for your passion to go out in temperatures below zero and Mattia Pedrani s one of these guys who has the commitment and it should be a motivation for everyone who can’t escape during the winter.
